A.L.S. Transportation, Inc. is looking for professional, licensed, and experienced limousine drivers. We offer competitive pay and benefits in a professional working environment, and we have a wide variety of clean, late model limousines in our fleet. All chauffeurs regardless of previous experience must go through a Visual/Audio training program, covering all aspects of proper behavior, etiquette, and safe driving. At the conclusion of this presentation, the chauffeur is required to pass a written test on the subject matter. Upon passing our test, the chauffeur is required to pass a written test on comprehensive field training. At the end of the two-week orientation, the driver’s skills are evaluated and if it is determined the skill levels of the chauffeur meet the expectations of management, that chauffeur will be placed into service. All chauffeurs regardless of tenure with A.L.S. Transportation are required to take a refresher orientation every six months. All chauffeurs are tested for substance abuse before and during their tenure with A.L.S. Transportation. Background investigations are conducted through a private investigation firm and then the driver will be cleared through the City of Houston’s warrant division for your security.
